The room was huge and tidy, I had air conditioning and a storage space. The location was marvellous, on where to go around the area, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. I was surprised at nearby Gelato Therapy, they had some goodies, drinks.

We had a very good stay for more than 2-3 nights.

The hotel had a super central location in the historic city center. There was Allfama Too, located nearby, where we relaxed.

We enjoyed our superior double room with kitchenette. Some of the staff members were very-very nice.

Booked a room with nice views of the cathedral. The location of the hotel was super central, close enough to both public transport and taxi. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Lisbon Old Town district.

Very central location was a plus. Terreiro do Paco subway station can be reached within 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was delicious with lots of amazing food.

Liked our stay, recommend this place. This hotel was nice, it provided excellent service, and the rooms were brand-new. The breakfast was savoury and hearty and included, and the staff were attentive! The venue was in a handy location, in the historic centre. Stopped by Gelato Therapy to get some coffee and treats, it's near the venue, recommend.

We had a pretty nice bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fairly clean, had delicious breakfast! Extraordinary service-minded and incredibly helpful staff did a great job. The location was best possible and prime, at a short distance from Alfama. Moreover, it's right by good restaurants as well as Alfama.

Units with shared bathroom. The hotel had the best possible and prime location near Se. The venue was in an interesting area, close enough to plaza, both public transport and taxi, and the 28 tram passing by...

The rooms had a nice interior, and they were good sized and air-conditioned. The staff were helpful during my stay. The location of the hotel was excellent and stunning - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Chiado.

Breakfast was cold, can be way much better.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location in the city centre allows for easy access to all the tourist attractions, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms, although small, are well-designed and include basic amenities like a kitchenette or a bathroom. In the mornings, an excellent breakfast is served, including wonderful fresh orange juice.

Everything was okay.

Really comfortable experience there. Excellent hotel with reasonably spacious and huge rooms and an own bathroom. Great and fab location for our visit to a moorish castle at a moderate distance from the property. Also, close to the metro.

Quite bad views; cold breakfast.

I would definitely recommend this place and I would love to come back again, as our room had a great view of the city from the window.
